Logbooks, Data Tag, & Airworthiness are all included with the fuselage 
The interior has been gutted so there is no interior, seats, side panels, etc..
The lower firewall section has been damaged and Some minor damage along the lower belly section. Also the fuselage has hail damage.(See Pictures)
There is no corrosion that can be seen on the fuselage.
